Our Methodology

The TOLD Group's approach to implementing solutions is based on the same principles of current Agile Development methodologies. One of the goals is to bring solution architects, technical consultants and end users together as much as possible. Instead of doing large amounts of work independently, the business user has a chance to work hands-on. This may sound easy, but in practice many organizations have trained employees over the years to wait for a specification, do the work and hand off to the next person.
